The Challenge

When Winnipeg Auto Care launched in 2021, mobile detailing was still a new concept for Winnipeg. Founder Jas saw a gap in the market: a need for high-quality, hands-off service that brought convenience and professionalism directly to the customer. The challenge was introducing this new model of detailing vehicles while building brand trust and positioning Winnipeg Auto Care as the go-to name in a competitive and traditional industry.

The Strategy

Prolex Media partnered with Winnipeg Auto Care to create a comprehensive, audience-first social strategy that would elevate the brand and convert viewers into loyal customers. The core objective was to position Winnipeg Auto Care as Winnipeg’s most trusted detailing brand, from daily drivers to exotic car owners and commercial fleets.

The strategy included:

  • Developing clear content pillars to speak to three primary audiences: everyday vehicle owners, high-end clients and commercial partners
  • Creating high-quality visuals and videos that showcased Jas’s process, his passion and the premium nature of the work
  • Building trust through educational content, behind-the-scenes looks and real-world outcomes
  • Reviewing performance monthly to eliminate low-performing content and scale what worked, using that to guide 70-80% of each shoot
  • Using the remaining shoot time to experiment with new formats that could unlock new reach or conversions

All content was published consistently, with high production value and clear storytelling. Over time, this consistent presence shaped Winnipeg Auto Care’s reputation into one of professionalism, quality and trust.

The Result

Since launching this strategy, Winnipeg Auto Care has seen significant organic growth without relying on other marketing channels. Key outcomes include:

  • Weekly inbound inquiries for mobile and premium detailing services.
  • Active partnerships with major parkades such as True North Square, the Richardson Building, and 201 Portage for on-site detailing.
  • Ongoing service contracts with OEM brands and Winnipeg dealerships for vehicle prep and overflow servicing.
  • Fleet detailing accounts with van fleets and rental car companies.
  • Regular servicing of many of Winnipeg’s luxury cars and boats.
  • A growing reputation as the city’s most recognized name in mobile and high-end detailing.

Winnipeg Auto Care now owns the positioning they set out to claim. Their content consistently signals trust, quality and credibility to every audience, from a car owner browsing Instagram to a fleet manager making five-figure decisions.

Due to the volume and quality of the content being unmatched in the local market, potential customers assume Winnipeg Auto Care is in demand (which they are). And when people believe others trust a brand, they’re more likely to trust it themselves.
